Can you deliver to my country?
Yes, we can deliver the goods to your warehouse anywhere in Europe. Please contact our sales department if you want to ship outside Europe. We can also dropship to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain.
How long does the production take?
Production time varies from 15 to 35 working days, depending on the collection.
Do you have products in stock? Can we connect to your system to see what's in stock?
We have numbers of references on stock.
Can I get assembly instructions/warranty from you?
Assembly instruction are included as QR code on the package. All items come with a 2-year warranty.
Do you offer assembly services?
We don't offer assembly right now.
Do you have real pictures or renders?
For us it is important that the image reflects reality. We use photos and renders.
How can I see your products in person? Do you have showrooms?
We have a Micadoni showroom in Luxembourg (226 route d'Arlon, L-8010 Strassen). Additionally, we work with multiple B2B partners and have our products on display at their locations. Contact us for more info.
What kind of product photos do you share?
In most of our bestselling collections, there's a white background picture/render, a picture with a background of an interior, closeups of fabrics, and videos showing the main features of the product. All descriptions are in English, French, and German.
Is there a minimum order quantity or value? Is it possible to order one thing?
We don't have a minimum order quantity if you order EXW. Please contact our sales team if you need another delivery option.
Which countries/markets are you in?
Currently, we're in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Do you have customer service in my language?
Customer Support is available in English, German, French, Polish and Spanish. Customer Care is constantly growing, and we're planning to expand to more languages.
