What kind of sales support do you offer?

We'll send you an info pack with everything you need to know about our products, including descriptions, instructions for assembling and using furniture, information about filling, fabrics, etc. We also prepare a package with samples of fabrics we used to make the showroom collection.

How often do you add new products?

We add approximately 4-5 families of furniture to our offer every month, based on trends and customer preferences. We try to expand each family with different furniture categories. In addition to sofas, we have poufs, chaise longues, chairs, tables, and hard furniture.

Do I have to order a minimum quantity of products?

No, there can only be one sofa. Obviously, we recommend ordering more of our products to get a better feel for our style and the brands we have in our portfolio.

Can I get a discount?

We usually give extra discounts on the products on display. Find out about the discount by talking to your sales rep.

Can customers personalize products if, for example, a certain fabric color isn't standard?

Every request like this is discussed with our Production Department, and of course we do all we can to make sure our customers have a ideal product. Most times, personalization involves extra charges.

How can we deliver your products to the customer?

You can have the order delivered to your showroom, warehouse, or the customer's destination address.

Is it possible to have the order delivered to the customer?

Our dropshipping model sends orders directly from our warehouse to your customers. At the customer's request, our transport partner can unpack the shipment and remove waste from the furniture packaging.

Who are your transport partners?

We work with different shipping partners depending on the country. Please contact your KAM in this issue.

How long does it take to process an order and are the products available right away?

Production time varies from 15 to 35 working days, depending on the collection.
